the family has established a memorial tribute fund at the Hoag Hospital Foundation. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Parkinson’s & Movement Disorders Programs at the Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute at Hoag (This is on behalf of Al’s brother, Lloyd Sukut and son-in-law, Mike Neppl). Gifts may be sent to the Hoag Hospital Foundation (330 Placentia Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92663) in memory of Dr. Sukut. If mailing, please include a memo indicating “Dr. Albert Sukut” so gifts can be directed to the appropriate fund.
