Through their partnership, the Hoag Classic and Kingston Technology have provided life-changing scholarships, empowering Hoag employees to pursue continuing education and achieve their career goals.  

The Hoag Employee Education Scholarship Program helps Hoag employees advance their careers through higher education and specialized training. Fully funded by philanthropy, the program awards up to $5,000 per recipient to offset tuition, materials, and other costs for degrees, diplomas, licenses, or certificates. Thanks to Kingston Technology’s generosity, employees are enhancing their skills and elevating the care Hoag provides to the community. 

Past recipients have included administrative assistants, imaging and emergency care technicians, interns, and many others who have pursued degrees in fields such as public health, business administration, and nursing. Some scholarship recipients are first-generation college graduates, and others are sole providers balancing school and work while setting an example for their families.  

Each story reflects determination, resilience, and a commitment to growth. These employees are strengthening Hoag’s culture of excellence and helping elevate the high-quality care our community depends on.
